Outstanding Physical Performance
ROBUST is an Eco-friendly vegan leather to take place of Wet-Method PU. Unlike traditional Wet-Method PU, ROBUST contains minimum amount of DMF, generally less than 100 ppm. It is produced via dry method (coating), the carbon dioxide emissions are less than 75% of the traditional Wet-Method PU. Moreover, ROBUST does not need a large amount of water to convert DMF, completely overcome the problem of wastewater.
ROBUST has good performance in hydroy-resistance, it can pass jungle test at least 5 -weeks. Meanwhile, the physical performance, such as abrasion, peeling, and weatherability are super in PU family.
