#SUPERFINE 110
SUPERFINE 110 is a thermoplastic elastomer. It is free of hazardous substances, not includes plasticizers and organic solvents (DMF) and it can be required by regulations such as REACH, RoHS, CHCC, etc.
After a pressurized process and a properly backing fabric lamination, it can be used in furniture, footwear, and other applications. In addition, the excellent QUV and weather resistance make it highly recommended for outdoor products.
The proportion of SUPERFINE 110 is about 0.9, which is 40% lighter than PVC. Different from TPU thermoplastic elastomer, it is not easy to white atomize. Its inherent cold resistance, at -30ºC , the SUPERFINE 110 will not crack. In addition, the finished product can be recycled after proper collection and separation.
